Holy shit, has it really been 2 months since I made an entry?

And, more importantly, does anyone give a shit?

I just got my main birthday present from my parents; the Samsung YP-MT6 mp3 player (the same model el_ergo uses, in fact, which is where I saw it). It is incredibly tiny and awesome, and after some frantic scrambling to find my USB port I quickly and easily filled up 930 of its 994 MB with music.

I have been reading Hagakure (The Book of the Samurai) because my brother sent it to me as a birthday present, and it is interesting. There was a hilarious disparity early in the book, because it starts out with, "The Way of the Samurai is found in death." And it goes on in that vein for a while. And then as a seperate section, there is a bit on how yawning in public is unseemly, and gives methods for the prevention of this.

Also, "If you cut a face lengthwise, urinate on it, and trample it with straw sandals, it is said that the skin will come off. This was heard by the priest Gyoujaku when he was in Kyoto. It is information to be treasured." Fucking oath.
